Manchester City Reacts To Report Of Guardiola’s Exit

Manchester City has reacted to reports spreading wide and fast that its manager, Pep Guardiola, has signed a deal to leave the club this summer.

Reports had originated from Italy early Thursday that Guardiola has signed a 4-year contract with Juventus which will be announced on June 4.

The Cityzen through a Director refuted the report, stating that their Spanish gaffer remains ‘our coach’ as the reports are ‘false’.

“Guardiola is our coach, and he wants to stay. The rumors are false. The story is absolutely groundless. We don’t understand why we need to announce once again that Guardiola isn’t leaving. There is no such question,” member of the Board of Directors of Manchester City Alberto Galasi told Sky Sport Italia.

Guardiola still has a contract with Manchester City till the end of 2021.
